What we teach

One continuum. Infinite connections.

From a three-year-old's first wonder to a Grade 8 personal project, Infinia runs a single unbroken IB thread: the Primary Years Programme into the Middle Years Programme, mapped rigorously onto the CBSE curriculum. Nothing bolted on. Everything connected.

The Six Themes The Full Programme of Inquiry

Three stages. One journey.

Ages 3 to 6

Early Years

PYP Foundation

Play is the work. Our youngest learners build cognitive, social, and emotional foundations through structured discovery, with at least four units of inquiry a year.

4+Units of inquiry per year
Grades 1 to 5

Primary Years

IB PYP

Six transdisciplinary units a year, one per theme. All subjects woven through real investigations, culminating in the Grade 5 Exhibition.

6Units, one per theme, every year
Grades 6 to 8

Middle Years

IB MYP

Disciplinary depth arrives without losing the inquiry spine: interdisciplinary units, design projects, service learning, and criterion-based assessment.

8Subject groups, internationally benchmarked

Six questions worth a childhood.

Instead of subjects in silos, learning is organised around six transdisciplinary themes. Every grade explores every theme, every year, at increasing depth. Open each one.

An inquiry into the nature of the self: beliefs and values, physical and mental health, human relationships, and what it means to be human.
IdentityWellbeingRelationshipsCommunities
An inquiry into orientation in place and time: personal histories, homes and journeys, the discoveries and migrations of humankind, and the relationship between civilisations.
HistoriesJourneysCivilisationsGeography
An inquiry into the ways we discover and express ideas, feelings, culture, beliefs and values through language and the arts.
LanguageArtsCreativityMedia
An inquiry into the natural world and its laws: the interaction between the natural world and human societies, and the impact of scientific and technological advances.
ScienceSystemsTechnologyCausation
An inquiry into the interconnectedness of human-made systems and communities: organisations, societal decision-making, and economic activities and their impact. This is the theme behind our Grade 4 city-planning inquiry.
GovernmentEconomicsCitiesSystems
An inquiry into rights and responsibilities in the struggle to share finite resources with other people and living things: communities, access to equal opportunities, and peace and conflict resolution.
SustainabilityRightsEcosystemsPeace

Mathematics, languages, sciences, social studies, arts, and PSPE are taught through these themes where connections are authentic, and as focused standalone lessons where depth demands it. Every CBSE requirement is mapped into this structure, so nothing is lost and everything is connected.

Twelve studios, one purpose.

Inquiry needs somewhere to happen. Twelve purpose-built spaces turn curiosity into capability, from a robotics bench to a full auditorium.

The Grade 5 Exhibition

The culminating experience of the PYP. Every Grade 5 student runs a significant, self-directed inquiry into a real-world issue: choosing the question, conducting the research, and presenting findings and recommendations to a public audience.

It is not an exam. It is proof: proof that a ten-year-old can frame a problem, gather evidence, form conclusions, and act on them. By the time our students reach it, they have practised the inquiry cycle roughly thirty times. The Exhibition is simply the first time the whole city gets to watch.

G5
One child · One question · One public defence

Every CBSE outcome. None of the cramming.

All national curriculum requirements are mapped into and alongside our programme of inquiry, and every PYP subject is represented at every grade. A child can transition to any CBSE school at any point, carrying stronger fundamentals than rote learning ever built.

See the curriculum breathe.

A programme of inquiry on paper is a spreadsheet. In a classroom, it is forty minds arguing about how their city should work. Come watch the second one.
